In this OnDemand course, ICT professionals will cover tools that are available for use when planning and managing a Six Sigma project. They will also explore the work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, activity network diagrams, affinity diagrams, matrix charts, tree diagrams and tollgate reviews. This course provides the basics on Six Sigma and Lean and how they are business process improvement methodologies that, when used in concert, are called Lean Six Sigma and can become a transformational strategy that enables a system of process control and process design to make business more effective and efficient.
